Wednesday Night Fellowship and Dessert (No Dinner) 4/1/2009

Hello Colossae Sherwood Community,

Thank you for fellowship with Family Bridge this weekend, our group was blessed and the families were blessed by fellowship.  Stev, whenever you’re up for a rematch, let me know!

We will meet at the Harris’ family home for community fellowship and dessert, no dinner.  We look forward to our fellowship, no sides to bring just your spirit and body.

CHRISTmas celebratioin for tonight is on!  Nick has offered to shuttle anybody stranded from the snow, you can reach him at 805-444-7349

 

Welcome Colossae Sherwood Community Members, we (home phone:  503.925.0204)  plan to have Christmas Dinner this Wednesday night at 7:00 pm. However, due to the snow, a final update will be posted to the Blog Wednesday day to confirm or cancel the party, please check back after 9:00 am on Wednesday.

If the party goes forward as planned, please bring your Operation Christmas Child gifts. If we have snow on the hill and you’d like to sled, wear warm clothes and bring your sled, we may take a few trips down the hill.  Also, we will serve dinner, Baked Ham and Mashed Potatoes, please post a comment to provide one of the following:

  1. Side Dish (2)
  2. Dessert (2)
  3. Drinks

What a blessed time meeting each of you and growing together in Christ within our Colossae Sherwood community (see pictures).  We are excited by our two prospects for serving our community, either homeless individuals or families in the Sherwood and Tigard areas.  Please continue in prayer, so we may make a decision on Wendesday night.

Our Wednesday meting will be at 7:00 pm at our house (23768 SW Stonehaven St. Sherwood, OR 97140).  Please read the additional information below:

Dinner is served, we will have a spaghetti fest.  We will supply and cook the spaghetti, so please volunteer to bring one of  the following:

 

1.        Drinks

2.       Garlic Bread

3.       Salad

4.       Dessert (2)

 

A total of 13 people were part of our community last meeting, we have a few more people joining us this Wednesday. 

 

Please post on the Blog any items you will bring to the dinner.
